摘要：通过对我国近年来各地编写出版的中小学信息技术教材的比较 分析 ，当前中小学信息技术教材建设中存在的主要 问题 表现为：教材出版品种繁多，但缺乏特色教材；教材评价缺乏 科学 规范的标准，选用存在地方保护主义；教材修订周期过长，推广使用不够及时；教材编排的零起点与模块化，导致教学 内容 很难体现螺旋上升；教材过分强调以学生为中心，忽略教师的主导作用；教材过分强调“任务”或“活动”，忽略知识的系统性；教材过分强调基础或创新，不能正确处理两者的关系；教材过分强调与其他学科知识的整合，削弱了信息技术学科的知识与技能；注重纸质教科书，忽视教材的立体化。
