[wto论文] 【内容提要】传统的国际贸易理论可以在一定程度上解释国际贸易活动对一国经济发展的影响。新增长理论从技术内生的角度出发，揭示了新的经济增长机制，其国际贸易发展观对我国发展外向型经济提供了有益的借鉴。
【英文摘要】The traditional theory on international trade can, to a certain extent, explain the impact of international trade on economic development. However, the new growth theory can reveal the new mechanism of economic growth and its theory on economic development is applicable with reference to the development of the export-oriented economy.
