[国际关系论文] 【内容提要】本文系统地分析了我国20世纪90年代高技术产品贸易的发展状况，选择了杭州、深圳、厦门和北京等地的52家高技术企业和15家专业外贸公司进行了问卷调查，深入研究了现行贸易政策对高技术产品贸易发展的实际作用，提出了加快我国高技术产品贸易发展的具体对策。
【英文摘要】In this paper,there is a systematic analysis about the trade development of China's hi-tech products from 1990 to 1999.By means of the questionnaire investigation on 52 hi-tech firms & 15 foreign trade companies,the effect of trade policies on the trade development of China's hi-tech products has been studied,and the countermeasures to expedited the trade development of China's hi-tech products have been suggested in the end.
