[脑外科护理论文] 《Effects of Auxiliary Violet Ray Irradiation on Postoperative Patients with Fracture》
Abstract 19 postoperative patients with fracture received auxiliary violet ray irradiation besides conventional therapy.The results showed that five days after treatment,89.4% of irradiated patients and 30.4% of nonirradiated ones(controls) improved.There was statistically significant difference between these two groups.
提要 对19例骨折术后病人感染伤口在常规护理的基础上，配合紫外线照射。结果表明，配合紫外线照射组(Ⅱ组)5天有效率为89.4%，23例常规换药护理组(Ⅰ组)5天有效率为(30.4%)，经统计学处理，χ2=14.81，P＜0.05，说明两组之间有差异，提示配合紫外线照射组疗效高于常规护理组。
