[证券投资基金论文] 摘 要：资本流动的全球化是金融全球化的组成部分，受到经济周期及贸易因素，国际利率调整，资本帐户管理政策，国际货币体系的发展，以及跨国公司和有关国际组织的政策意图等因素的影响，是历史发展客观必然因素和有关国家或组织人为推动两种力量融合的结果。资本流动的全球化发展过程具有前所未有的复杂性，其收益分配具有明显的不均衡性。但是，这种复杂性和不均衡性并不影响金融资本全球化发展的客观持续性。
