【摘　要】资本不仅仅具有物质自然属性与社会生产关系属性的双重性质，而且在社会生产关系层面中，可以区分为一般社会属性和特殊社会属性。当市场经济体制与资本主义制度结合的情况下，资本的特殊社会属性是其矛盾的主要方面，因而其经济上的实现形式主要体现为剥削收入；当市场经济体制与社会主义制度结合的情况下，资本的一般社会属性是其矛盾的主要方面，因而其经济上的实现形式主要体现为增值收入。
