【摘要】  目的 探讨左半结肠癌伴梗阻Ⅰ期切除吻合手术的可行性及安全性。方法 65例左半结肠癌伴梗阻患者，其中57例进行了选择性的术中结肠减压及灌洗，Ⅰ期肿瘤切除肠吻合；8例患者因一般情况不佳，行横结肠造瘘Ⅱ期手术。观察术后疗效。 结果 术后并发症发生率24.6%（14例），Ⅰ期吻合手术成功率89.5%（51例）。 结论 左半结肠癌并梗阻术中结肠减压灌洗、肿瘤切除Ⅰ期吻合手术是安全的、有效的手术处理方式。
